Job Description
In a dynamic and demanding context, the Internal Control Analyst will assist the Internal Control Director and the Internal Control Manager in enhancing the Internal Control environment, for multiple brands within the LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Shared Services team, and Fresh HQ.
Principal duties and responsibilities :
- Perform the annual Internal Control self-assessment campaign for all the LVMH P&C North American entities,
- Perform the quarterly rolling testing on key controls and share the results,
- Participate to the review and update of existing rules and procedures, participate in the design and implementation of new processes and policies,
- Participate to ad hoc missions with operational teams to improve existing processes or in the context of a new implementation,
- Participate to Internal Control reviews on specific ad hoc topics,
- Participate to operational and financial audit reviews,
- Be a strong member of the LVMH Group / Perfumes and Cosmetics Internal Control & Audit communities,
- Contribute to the fight against fraud and non-compliant / non-ethical practices.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in Internal or External Audit, ideally in the retail / CPG environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Look ups, etc.)
- High level of integrity and ethics
- Rigorous and reliable
- Excellent organizational skills / detail oriented
- Good communications skills - verbal and written
- The job requires weekly visits to LVMH Beauty Division Shared Service Center, located in East Brunswick, NJ.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $80-90k.
