Job Summary
A reputable financial services and wealth management firm in Kansas City, MO, with $250 million in assets under management (AUM), is actively looking for an Associate Financial Advisor to enhance their team.
The perfect candidate will embody a customer-centric approach and possess 1 to 3 years of experience in the financial industry, aimed at assisting the Senior Financial Advisor team.
Associate Financial Advisor Responsibilities :
- Address client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Proactively engage with Advisors and clients.
- Follow up on pending business with companies and clients.
- Assist Advisors with pre-appointment preparation.
- Resolve any issues related to new accounts.
- Generate and provide various reports to Advisors.
Associate Financial Advisor Qualifications :
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Series 65 or 66 license is required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Process-driven mindset.
- Strong follow-through on tasks.
- Self-directed with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
