AT&T has an opening for a Deputy Program / Project Manager to support multiple federal agencies on a 10-year contract supporting to business unit in areas such as professional services, operations & logistics, and management of daily requirements by project for multiple agencies.
Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- AT&T primary point of contact for aligned work streams for both DOS and USAID.
- Lead & manage detailed project plans and schedule management.
- Resolve issues in a timely manner, exercising judgment and in keeping with contractual requirements, AT&T policy, government rules and regulations.
- Call Center management including but not limited to software applications, knowledge of both NICE and Avaya platforms a plus.
- Management of cloud-based applications, including tools, features, and functionality.
- Utilize and apply ITSM Principles (Incident, change management, etc.) to manage delivery of IT Services.
- Develop program performance measures and monitors and evaluates program performance throughout the life cycle to include subcontractors.
- Ensures successful project and program delivery and is responsible for all work products / deliverables of this task order.
- Responsible for coordinating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for program and project work as directed by DOS and USAID.
- Monitors performance of Operating Unit service providers against requirements of the task order
- Oversees contract administration activities and ensures compliance with contract, public law, regulations, Executive Orders, agency policies, etc.
- Reports to a parallel structure comprised of key government stakeholders and AT&T program manager teams.
Required Clearance
Secret or Top Secret (#secret)(#topsecret)
Required Qualifications :
- 10 years of Program Management experience on a government program
- PMP certification required.
- Master’s Degree (or bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience).
Desired Qualifications :
- Telecommunications experience
- Knowledge of DOS and USAID or a Federal Agency at the Enterprise Level
- Microsoft Suite inclusive of MS Project use / knowledge
Our Project Manager' s earn between $98,100 - $170,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
