We currently have an opportunity for a Corporate Education Advisor to join our Member Relations and Sales team. This is a role full of diverse duties and responsibilities and is a great role for a person who believes in Professional Development and ensuring that individuals take advantage of learning opportunities available to them through their membership to LIMRA and LOMA.

The Big Picture :

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives on identifying and developing new relationships in an effort to grow existing business within LIMRA and LOMA’s members throughout the United States.

Ideal incumbent will be responsible for business development, project plans and strategy for key business verticals, and conducting student presentations promoting LIMRA and LOMA's Professional Development programs and resources.

What Will You be doing :

  • Connecting with prospective students, connecting leads via outbound calls, inbound calls, email, marketing communications and delivering presentations to potential students
  • Partnering and collaborating with others to deliver product demonstrations and presentations to grow business and uncover new opportunities with a particular focus on supporting campaigns around select prioritized solutions.

  • Are you someone who enjoys giving presentations, whether via video or live and finds enjoyment working in an instructional capacity?
  • Do you have a high degree of initiative, ability to be assertive, goal oriented, resourceful, persistent, and creative?

What do you need to succeed?

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely; adapting communications content to the level of the audience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Some industry experience and a cursory knowledge of the insurance and / or annuity industry
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills combined with a strong attention to detail
  • Discipline to keep accurate and up-to-date records regarding customer contact
  • Ability to travel 10-25% of the time
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Atlanta, GA or Windsor, CT offices - We offer a hyper-flexible work environment - no required number of days in the office - just be there when it's important for your day.
