Temp to Perm Sr. Benefits Coordinator
Job Summary
Our client, a prestigious non-profit organization, seeks a dynamic Sr. Benefits Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate has handled a heavy benefits workload, has experience with Paycom HRIS, and is familiar with compliance testing.
In addition, the candidate shall possess knowledge regarding qualifying life events, understand deductables, and have experience presenting benefits plans to new hires.
The candidate should also be well-versed in b plans and experience with answering all-applicable benefits questions. The candidate also must be able and willing to learn new concepts quickly and communicate effectively.
