Position : Sales Associate Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance

Location : Anderson, Indiana

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance products to meet their individual needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct insurance needs assessments and provide expert guidance on coverage options
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of State Farm products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and client retention
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Valid insurance licenses or willingness to obtain required State Farm licenses
  • Proficiency with computers and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
