RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greets all customers in a friendly, helpful and timely manner.
- Take customer orders
- Offers information and suggestions about our menu to the customer
- After the customer is done ordering repeat the order to the customer
- When giving customer their order please repeat the order and show them their meal
- When in the dining area greet and assist customers
- Follows up with customers to make sure needs are being met
- Acknowledges waiting customers frustrations during periods of high volume or an unexpected rush, taking care of the situation
- Ensures team members are following all food safety and work safety guidelines
- Ensures product is being prepared, served, and stored to company standard; following all food safety regulations (FIFO)
- Understands and follows all food safety requirements and work safety requirements
- Directs team members on shift to follow all cash management and cash register policies
- Directs team members to complete tasks when appropriate and according to GM instructions
- Performs Travel Paths.
- Executes store operations during scheduled shifts; organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Provides ongoing coaching to store team. Identifies when processes and actions are consistent / inconsistent with restaurant expectations and standards and coach / praise in the moment.
- Orders and receives deliveries. Ensures that the processing requirements of each meat product and the processing requirements for produce are being adhered to
- Gives breaks as necessary, when appropriate, and according to labor law guidelines.
- Floor Control (aces in their places)
- Planning weekly schedule & scheduling training
- Prepares daily administrative paperwork which may include all aspects of cash reconciliations, daily / monthly inventories, store schedules, and weekly payrolls.
- Completes workers compensation documents, Invoice processing and processes mail in a timely manner
SKILLS & EXPECTATIONS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO :
- Food Safety / Sanitation requirements. Food handler certificate.Friendly and positive attitude. Willingness to adapt to a changing and growing environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to coach, train, develop, delegate and follow up

- Organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to be organized in a changing environment.
- Complies with basic labor law requirements related to rest period / meal period application
- Ability to deal with both liability issues and Workers Comp issues correctly
- Strong understanding of labor law guidelines
- Understands the interviewing, hiring, and termination processes
- Reaches, bends, squats and frequently lifts and / or moves up to 50lbs
- Mobility required during the entire shift
