- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review, plan, and evaluate resident care
- Accurately document resident conditions and nursing needs
- Monitor and adjust nursing assistant assignments based on level of care required
- Administer medications and treatments and report reactions
- Initiate physician orders and communicate changes to families
- Ensure continual review and updating of resident care plans
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to deliver quality customer service
Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Licensed Practical Nurse license and other state-required licensure
