Emergency / urgentcare veterinarians needed for busy and growing specialty andemergency practice in Wilder KY. Parttime or full time positionsavailable.
Currently a traditional afterhours and 24hour weekendemergency practice with flexible rotating shifts but looking toexpand to daytime emergency / urgent care hours in the near future toserve the demand for care.
Multiple positions available from MFdaytime hours to evenings overnights and weekends forfullflexibility and small number of shifts per week.
Emergencydoctors have access to oncall consultations with boardcertifiedspecialists in internal medicine dermatology and surgery.
Laboratory digital radiography endoscopy ultrasound and CTavailable on site. Work with a caring and dedicated staff in asmall family atmosphere.
Ideal candidate has great leadership andcommunication skills with staff and clients. Empathy and a passionfor excellent veterinary medicine and patient care are required.
New graduates as well as seasoned veterinarians are invited toapply. High quality mentorship is available and new graduates willnot be left alone until fully confident and ready to do so. We wantyou to succeed!
Weare open 24hrs on weekends and all major holidays. Once we fullyexpand the emergency department will be 24 / 7. Everyone from ourDoctors and Technicians to our Reception staff has been speciallyselected by GCVS not only for their superior technical andcommunication skills but for their compassion for ourpatients.
Requirements
- Doctorof Veterinary degree or equivalent from an accrediteduniversity
- CurrentDEA License or obtained uponhire
