Our customer located in Franklin Park IL is seeking Office Admin / Dispatchers Bilingual, 1st shift, pay rate of $19.00 per hour.
This is a temp to hire position.
Schedules : 1st shift Sunday thru Thursday (9 am-5 pm)
Requirements and Skills :
- Must be able to pass E-Verify, Background check and drug test (Interview Resume), Bilingual Preferred
- Experience as an office administrator or relevant role
- Excellent customer service and client relationships
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal abilities, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point
- Proven Experience as a dispatcher
- Fast typing with experience in data entry
- Must be flexible to work weekends and Over Time if needed
- Clerical experience, data entry, office admin, dispatcher experience
Job Description :
- Managing phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc)
- coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company rules
- Submit timely reports and assist where needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Keep organization and managing skills
- Communicating and emailing Customers to provide with details in deliveries.
- Monitor, manage driver’s schedules and check routes for fleets of trucks.
- Good collaboration and time management skills
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Interacting with Customers to address their concerns, responding their questions and complaints
- Receive and dispatch orders for products and deliveries
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Assign crews, vehicles or other units to appropriate locations
- Monitor route status on field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedules
