LHH is partnering with our one of our valued Orlando clients for a Product Development Manager. This onsite position plays a crucial role in designing and developing consumer hardline retail products for market introduction.
Main Responsibilities :
- Develop new retail product based on trends and market research.
- Lead and execute strategy of new product development projects.
- Research and assess new product concepts.
- Create detailed plans with timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with engineers, marketing, sales, and production departments.
- Estimate costs, track spending, and report on the financial budget.
- Identify anticipated obstacles and strategy to minimize potential risk.
- Measure and manage product performance and life cycle.
Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years' experience Project Management and Hardline Retail Product Development
- Consumer Goods experience, B2B
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Hybrid
Salary Range : $85,000-$95,000 annually plus bonus
