We are seeking experienced Senior Litigation Paralegals to join our growing team. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the firm’s lawyers and administrative staff to ensure our clients are well cared for before, during, and after their case.
Responsibilities :
- Handle online and in-person legal filings
- Cite-check and finalize legal documents, including drafting and reviewing Table of Contents and Table of Authorities
- Assist with routine motion and discovery
- Coordinate service of summonses and subpoenas
- Help with the management of the firm’s case files, calendar, and docketing system
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and client service skills
- Experience with Excel and / or Google Sheets
