Chemours is seeking a Global Substance Registration Project Manager to join our growingteam!

As a Global Substance Registration Project Manager, you will be part of a close-knit team of motivated and energetic professionals where you will contribute to our business success by developing and implementing the substance registration strategy through coordinating with a team of regulatory experts / consultants to prepare registration submissions globally, using knowledge of existing chemical registration / notification requirements (US TSCA, EU REACH, Japan ISHL / ENCS, Korea REACH, Taiwan, etc.

and emerging regulations (i.e. India REACH). You will be tasked with ensuring the business has information appropriate for setting up the global substance registration framework to execute new substance registrations to meet business growth objectives.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following :

Drive implementation of substance registrations through developing process and project management tools

Coordinate and collaborate with a team of regulatory experts, toxicologists, consultants, and business stakeholder to gather information from key stakeholders to develop, prepare and submit substance registrations according to commercialization timelines.

Formulate registration strategy based on key stakeholder input and effectively communicate plan and timeline

Support product stewardship, regulatory and sustainability teams including product development, business initiatives and market assessments ensuring regulatory compliance in conjunction with corporate sustainability goals.

Monitor and communicate internal and external changes that impact substance registration requirements.

T he following is for this role :

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical or Environmental Engineering, Biological Science or comparable technical field;

Or High School diploma with 8+ years of relevant regulatory work experience

6 years of regulatory compliance or chemical business / industry work experience

Demonstrated project management, communications, and teamwork skills along with problem solving capability, attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge of / demonstrated ability to learn products, key regulations (e.g. US TSCA, EU REACH, Korea REACH, etc.) and associated product related substances.

Willingness and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and across country lines and time zones.

Pay Range (in local currency) :

$105,280.00 - $164,500.00
