• JOB PURPOSE :
• The College Advising Center (CAC) helps and supports students as they explore academic and co-curricular options; make graduation, study abroad, and academic plans;

understand academic policies and procedures; assess academic skills, and connect with faculty. As part of this work, the CAC coordinates SAAB tutoring, a free peer tutoring program available to all undergradaute students.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Your primary task is to provide daily administrative support to help SAAB tutoring run smoothly. This includes monitoring and responding to email, sending tutoring requests to assigned tutors, ensuring that tutors respond to requests in a timely manner, and maintaining impeccable records.

Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and effeciently, and experience communicating clearly in writing with students, faculty, and staff are required.

SCHEDULE :

• We are seeking a graduate student to work approximately 15-60 minutes, 5-7 days per week.
• After an initial training week in August, work can be completed remotely.

RATE OF PAY :

$18.00 / hour
