• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various projects.
• Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Ensure successful implementation of Service Now solutions by coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business processes and project implementations.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Service Now solutions.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve business processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Service Now solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business analysis and project management.
• Qualifications
• Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Service Now.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show proficiency in documenting business requirements and process flows.
• Have experience in facilitating workshops and meetings.
• Display the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in business analysis.
