We are seeking a seasoned Head Superintendent with over 5 years of experience to oversee our airport construction projects and lead our team to new heights.

Construction Superintendent Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all aspects of airport construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring all work is performed according to project plans and specifications.
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and address any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and project requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior superintendents, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Construction Superintendent Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong background in airport projects.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
