The Executive Director is the key management leader of the Inclusion Connection. The Executive Director is responsible for leading self-directed team members and the overall operations of the Inclusion Connection.
Develops the programs and policies to effectively and efficiently provide inclusive supports to persons with disabilities to optimize the success of job candidates.
Develops the business, prepares budgets and pursues funding sources. Provides the Board of Directors with statistical and technical information and reports.
Assures that the operations are running as planned by the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and vision.
- Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and partnership.
- Oversee daily operations management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with stakeholders to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Manage project management initiatives to deliver on key objectives within established timelines.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages inclusive leadership at all levels of the organization.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and service delivery.
- Represent the organization at public events, meetings, and conferences to promote its mission.
- Carry a small caseload in our Employment Services programming with individuals with disabilities.
- Develop and manage the organization's budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial stability.
- Directly supervise Employment Specialists and Job Developer / Coaches in our Employment Service programs.

- Proven experience in leadership roles with a strong background in operations management.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution with a focus on results.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in business development and partnership cultivation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 6 years of experience.

Pay : $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
