Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Event Assistant at Andiamo in Austin, TX. The Marketing Event Assistant will be responsible for supporting event marketing initiatives, assisting with event planning and coordination, and assisting with sales activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Event Support : Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing events
- Customer Interaction : Communicate with customers to understand their needs and assist in providing tailored marketing solutions.
- Promotional Activities : Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials to enhance event visibility and engagement.
- Sales Support : Engage with potential clients at events, provide information about products / services and assist in closing sales.
- On-site Coordination : Assist with on-site event management, including setup, registration, and attendee support.
- Administrative Tasks : Record and report metrics of key performance indicators, organize event materials and coordinate schedules.
Qualifications :
- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team Player : Ability to thrive in a diverse, welcoming, and collaborative team environment.
- Detail-Oriented : Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility : Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, event marketing or related fields is a plus.
