Director of Operations
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Operations & Supply Chain to oversee and drive operational excellence for a global polymers and chemicals manufacturer.
This key leadership role is integral to achieving productivity targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Promote a culture of safety and operational compliance across the organization.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing 6S LEAN principles to optimize efficiency.
- Oversee daily production planning, resource allocation, and capacity management.
- Collaborate with quality teams to ensure first-pass product quality and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations, with significant management experience.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational excellence.
- Experience with ERP systems, and certifications in LEAN or APICS are highly desirable.
