We are seeking a stellar Sr. Supply Chain Process Analyst to play a critical role in analyzing and improving our procurement and supply chain processes.
You will be responsible for maintaining and refining Power BI dashboards, facilitating process improvement workshops, and owning deliverables like process documentation, reports, data analyses, and ad hoc reporting.
This role requires a strong analytical background, expertise in data modeling, and a deep understanding of procurement and supply chain operations.
You will build business cases for improvement initiatives and track the impact of changes, contributing directly to the strategic goals of our organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
As a Supply Chain Process Analyst, you'll dive deep into the data and processes that drive our supply chain performance.
Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day will look like :
- Data mastery & insight generation : Leverage Power BI to bring our data to life, crafting dashboards that tell the story of our supply chain performance at a glance, drilling down into root causes of bottlenecks and pain points, identifying new opportunities, and quantifying impacts to our business.
- Agile project management : Utilize Agile methodologies to manage projects, promoting rapid and flexible response to change.
Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to keep projects on track and teams aligned.
- Workshop facilitation : Lead and facilitate engaging workshops that not only pinpoint improvement opportunities but rally our teams around actionable solutions.
- Strategic Storytelling : Own the narrative through compelling reports and analyses, turning data into decisions that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards to ensure accurate and timely reporting of supply chain KPIs and metrics.
- Facilitate process improvement workshops, engaging stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and drive consensus.
- Own and deliver comprehensive reports and data analyses, supporting strategic decisions and improvement initiatives.
- Develop ad hoc reports as required, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Build compelling business cases for process improvement initiatives, outlining potential benefits, costs, and impact.
- Track and report on the impact of implemented changes, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
Required Education / Experience / Skills / Training :
- Must be Active Duty Military and Eligible for the Skillbridge program.
- A four-year degree in a quantitative discipline such as Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- A thorough understanding of procurement and supply chain KPIs, reporting standards, and best practices
- 4+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain fields, with a proven track record of success
- 4+ years of professional experience performing detailed analytics and data modeling
- 2+ years of experience using Power BI for dashboard maintenance and data visualization
- 2+ years of professional experience with exposure to process improvement and project management methodologies
- Experience with large ERP systems, including procurement workflows and data extraction
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and data visualization techniques
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and effectively present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Desired Education / Experience / Skills / Training :
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- PMP or Agile certification
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning (ML) and a strong curiosity to identify useful data points for analysis and improvement
