On any given day, the average person will usually prepare 3 meals, straighten up their house either by vacuuming or doing dishes, remind themselves about taking their meds, and help them with their hygiene.

- Above average pay- average pay is $12 / hour, but WE think that is just WAY too low, so we start you out at $15+. If you worked full-time, that’s an extra $480+ a month than our competitors, even if we started you out on our minimum of $15.
- If you have friends who also want to become caregivers, we pay YOU for recommending US. We give you $125 for every referral.
- We offer mileage reimbursement because it just makes sense.
- A lot of agencies don’t offer medical assistance for employees. We get it, that used to be us. But that’s what our caregivers were wanting, so that’s what we offer now.
