Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to renewable energy products and services.
- Process customer appointments and bills.
- Educate customers on the benefits of using renewable energy and how to maximize their savings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling renewable energy products and services.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Strong core values
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
