Planet Interactive is looking for a hands-on Print Production Artist / Manager to join our CPG client for a full-time opportunity!
Salary : $70,000-$80,000
Location : Van Nuys, CA
Print Production Artist / Manager Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute production packaging files and render CADs for new products, line extensions and existing products.
- Prepare design files for print production and create product renderings; cross check team work before sending off to print
- Manage the workflow and traffic incoming projects from design to print
- Lead and manage small production team
Print Production Artist / Manager Qualifications :
- Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience managing multiple deadline driven projects at once
- Strong eye for typography, layout and color
- Experience in prepress standards and techniques
- High attention to detail and organizing files
- Ability to develop new systems and best practices to increase efficiencies for the production department to meet and exceed deadlines
