We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized and detail oriented individual for a Data Entry Associate role with a leading manufacturing company in Malvern, PA.
This is a temporary role covering a maternity leave, but could lead to a long term opportunity for the right person!
Job Details for the Data Entry Associate :
- Schedule : Monday-Friday 10 : 00am-6 : 30pm
- Pay Rate : $21.00 / hr
Job Description for the Data Entry Associate :
- Accurately input, update and verify customer's order information in various databases.
- Ensure product codes, order details, and shipping information is correct.
- Communicate with sales and customer service teams regarding information on orders.
- Maintain an organized record of all customer transactions and order activities.
Job Requirements for the Data Entry Associate :
- High school Diploma or equivalent. Higher education is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service is preferred.
- Strong typing and computer skills.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time in a desk job.
