Summary :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our insurance agency, delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our insurance products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt and courteous assistance.
- Address client inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage, and claims.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and updates efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Educate clients on various insurance products and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.
- Assist in resolving billing and payment issues.
Qualifications :
- Proven customer service experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer service software and insurance management systems.
Education :
High school or equivalent (Required)
