The Sales Manager at Nashville Tour Co. will drive sales across four diverse business lines Nashville Pedal Tavern, Nashville Toons, Fab Tap, and Beve Boutiques.
This role requires a motivated individual to manage key customer relationships, generate new business, and strategically promote the company's unique offerings.
What You’ll Do
- Builds and nurtures a network of leads across target customer segments, including tourists, event planners, local businesses (B2B), hotels and event venues, professional sports teams, property management companies, etc.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Track and manage client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress using CRM software.
- Engages with potential and pre-existing clients to understand their needs, positioning the company’s business lines as solutions for both personal and corporate experiences.
- Develop customized sales strategies for each business line and for curated experiences that combine multiple offerings, creating unique, memorable events for clients.
- Promotes and sells curated experiences that package all business lines, ensuring clients can seamlessly enjoy multiple offerings.
- Seeks out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell between the various offerings, enhancing overall customer experience and increasing revenue.
- Stays updated on tourism trends, local events, and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintains accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics, reporting to leadership regularly.
- Provides forecasts and insights for future sales opportunities based on data and trends.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- Three-five years of sales experience, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or event planning.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
- Well-organized, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to spot sales opportunities and solve client challenges.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with sometimes tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or sales management tools.
- Knowledge of the Nashville tourism and entertainment market is a strong plus.
