Line cooks at Wholly Stromboli are responsible for enhancing the lives of their teammates and guests by creating a positive work environment, following delicious recipes, and developing their skills to grow within our industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES :
- Stock and set up kitchen stations
- Prepare food including cleaning and cutting ingredients, and cooking pasta dishes, sandwiches, sides, salads, pizzas and stromboli
- Plating prepared foods in accordance with Wholly Stromboli brand standards
- Working with expo to ensure that orders are completed according to Wholly Stromboli brand standards and timely
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1 year previous cooking experience in a professional and fast paced
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Familiar with kitchen equipment and appliances
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Team player with a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work standing for 8+ hours
