About the Role :
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers, resolving issues efficiently, and providing a stellar customer experience.
As a Customer Service Representative at TELETIES, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in maintaining our brand's reputation for exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Provide detailed product information to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner. Experience with Gorgias platform is a bonus.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of TELETIES products and services to offer knowledgeable support.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
