We’re expanding and seeking Account Resolution Representatives to help resolve customer accounts efficiently and with outstanding service.
Start Date : Monday, December 9
Shift : 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay : $18 / hour
Location : This role is in-office, not remote.

In This Role, You Will :
- Be the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve issues swiftly using strong problem-solving skills.
- Stay informed on company policies to proactively enhance service quality.
- Maintain a positive and solution-focused attitude in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and collaborate with your team to drive continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidates Will Have :
- Minimum of 1-year experience in customer account resolution; call center experience is a plus.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish with exceptional communication abilities.
- Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and quick problem resolution.
- Teamwork skills to foster collaboration and enhance service quality.
