Reporting to the Board of Directors, this full-time position will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for staff, programs, and executing Elevate Life’s mission.

Responsibilities :
Leadership & Management :
- Provide vision and leadership to ensure program excellence in all member services.
- Determine and ensure compliance with timelines and resources needed to achieve strategic goals.
- Ensure effective systems to track programs and initiatives.
- Attend board meetings as a non-voting board member.
Fundraising & Communications :
- Expand revenue-generating and fundraising activities to support existing program operations and approved developments.
- Build partnerships with donors and political and community leaders throughout the geographical network.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson to the organization’s constituents, the media, and the general public.
- Deepen and refine all aspects of communications from web presence to external relations.
Financial :
- Ensure accurate and complete financial and accounting records of the organization.
- Ensure that financial goals are achieved and operating expenses are within budget.
- Work with the Board in the preparation of the annual budget.
- Ensure that financial controls are met.
Human Resources :
- Hire and manage Elevate Life staff to create a cohesive, well-working team.
- Conduct performance appraisals and implement corrective action, if needed.
