Fully Remote (SLP) Speech language Pathologist- Georgia
in our team as a Remote School Psychologist in Georgia, where you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and emotional well-being of students through virtual platforms.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide essential psychological services from your home office while serving schools across the state.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral strengths and challenges.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide recommendations for interventions and accommodations.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavior management, and social skills development.
- Participate in virtual multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop intervention strategies.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid Georgia certification / license as a School Psychologist.
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills, including knowledge of standardized assessment tools and methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
