The Sales Director will lead our sales efforts, driving growth and brand recognition in our service areas. The position is an executive role on the company's leadership team, steering the company towards the 10-year vision through growth.
This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the service industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize the EOS framework to set and achieve company objectives.

Requirements :
- College degree in Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lawn care or home services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with the EOS operating system is a plus.
