Job Summary

The primary role and responsibility of a Chick-fil-A Colonial Heights Team Member is to uphold our Vision : to be REMARKable by providing world-class service and loving our neighbors as ourselves and embody our Core Values of Progressive Achievement, Care, Growth, Balance, and Community Partnership.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Takes personal ownership of the Chick-fil-A brand and purpose
• Willingly serves with excellence in all areas of the business : dining room, front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen
• Exceeds all Food Safety regulations
• Adheres to Team Member Handbook policies
• Provides REMARKable customer service during all encounters with guests
• Moves quickly and with a sense of urgency to meet the needs of guests and the team
• Goes the Second Mile to serve guests beyond order taking and fulfilling meals
• Proactively seeks opportunities to serve, clean, stock, etc.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Salary : $12.75 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours : 25 40 per week

Quick service & fast food restaurant

Shift :

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range :

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
