Job Description
Objective :
The Branch sales Manager will lead the branch and be responsible for all elements of the business at branch including P&L, working alongside company leadership to grow sales, hire and develop personnel, improve operational efficiency, and supporting other daily activities such as;
Receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management to ensure branch success.
GENERAL DUTIES :
- Ceate and execute a sales plan to reach and exceed business goals.
- Demonstrate sales excellence by following through on goals.
- Lead and manage teams.
- Expand exisiting customer base and identify growth strategies for new sales channels.
- Utilize CE's technology to develop and generate sales as well as promote operational excellence.
- Develop and traing others to surpass personal ambitions.
