Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to learn how to become a Remote Travel Agent and join our growing team.
In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their dream vacations, offering expert advice and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.
- Provide clients with itineraries, travel tips, and necessary documentation.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a travel agent or in a related role (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using online resources.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
