We arelooking for a Booking Agent. You will manage travel arrangementsmade for clients and you will provide tourism related services andpackage tours on behalf of our suppliers.

DUTIES :
- Serveclients by planning and selling domestic and international travelvacations including cruises and landpackages
- Successfullymeet or exceed goals by developing longstanding relationships withclients as well as soliciting new business through referrals andrepeat business
- Prepareand process related trip documents andinvoices
- Assistguests with making reservations for hotelaccommodations
- Provideexceptional customer service to guests addressing any inquiries orconcerns they may have
- Handleguest planning including processingpayments
- Maintaina professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guestsin person over the phone or viaemail
Requirements
EXPERIENCE :
- Previousexperience in a customer service role preferably in the hospitalityindustry (notrequired)
- Familiaritywith reservation systems
- Strongcommunication skills both verbal andwritten
- Excellentphone etiquette and interpersonalskills
- Abilityto multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpacedenvironment
