En tant que Chef de Partie, vous travaillez avec le Second de Cuisine et l'équipe.
- Fabriquez, dressez les plats relevant de votre partie, conformément aux fiches techniques.
- Veillez à la présentation, à la qualité et à la bonne température des plats.
- Effectuez l’envoi des plats dans le respect des délais souhaités par le client.
- Peux être amené(e) à réceptionner, contrôler et stocker les marchandises
- Anticipez les ruptures de produits et effectuez les réassortiments en conséquences (en cours et en fin de service)
- Adaptez votre organisation et votre rythme de travail en fonction de l’affluence, des événements, et des clients
- Formez et contrôlez le travail des commis, apprentis, stagiaires.
- Appliquez les règles d’hygiènes dans votre équipe.
- Vous développez une communication dynamique et un esprit d’initiative au sein de votre brigade
50 % Restauration individuelle / 50 % Banquets
Qualifications
Votre profil :
Vous êtes issu d’une formation en cuisine et / ou vous avez de l’expérience en cuisine,
Vous êtes polyvalent poste chaud / froid & banketing,
Vous êtes soucieux de travailler dans des conditions optimales d'hygiène et sécurité et savez prendre soin de votre environnement de travail,
Vous avez connaissance des procédures HACCP
Votre organisation et votre envie sont tes atouts pour réussir sur ce poste,
