- Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Leadership :
- Manage and mentor department heads and staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement staff development programs.
Process Improvement :
- Identify areas for improvement within the company’s operations.
- Lead initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
Budget Management :
- Develop and manage operational budgets.
- Monitor expenses to ensure they are within budgetary constraints.
- Provide financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
Supply Chain Management :
- Oversee the supply chain to ensure that products and services are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
