Job Description
- Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers
- Support the accounting & finance team with budget and forecast preparation
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Analyse complex financial information and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Collaborate with the team to enhance financial procedures and drive business performance
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have :
- Full qualifications or working towards CA or CPA
- 3-4 years of experience as a Finance Analyst
- Proven experience within the manufacturing or FMCG sector (exposure to costing, pricing and rebates is a must)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications
- Attention to detail, with an ability to identify key financial trends and provide sound financial advice
