ho are we? NILP is a rapidly growing human service agency who assists persons with all types of disabilities who wish to live independently in their community throughout Northeast Massachusetts.
NILP provides five core services of Advocacy, Peer Counseling, Information and Referral, Independent Living Skills Training, and Transition.

Position Overview : Under the supervision of the PCA Manager, the PCA Scheduler is responsible for scheduling consumer evaluations and re-evaluations.
This position will also provide administrative and data entry support to assist the day-to-day clinical team activities.
We are seeking applicants who are passionate about helping others and willingness to show a commitment to Independent Living philosophy.

- Make follow-up calls to doctor's offices if authorization has not been received
- Act as a resource of information for staff and consumers
- Other duties as assigned
Who we are looking for?
- High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of two years administrative experience
- Knowledge of IL philosophy and previous experience working with people with disabilities preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and comfort working with database management programs
- Ability to plan and organize work effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing
