While our EBITDA already exceeds industry averages, we know we can do better. To fuel our next phase of hyper-growth, were seeking a results-drivenFinance Executiveto join our leadership teamin office, full-time, in Bergen County, NJ.

Your Mission :

• Identify and drive operational and financialefficiencies across our entire system
• Optimize ourbidding processwith vendor contractors to improve margins
• Lead procurement strategy to ensure our teams buy smarter without sacrificing service quality
• Oversee theGeneral Ledger and financial reporting, ensuring our books accurately reflect and recapture profitability
• Build the financial infrastructure needed toraise capitalfor aggressive expansion
• Manage and develop ateam of 15+ finance and accounting professionals
