Our therapists are well compensated and have the flexibility to set their own schedule, manage their own caseload at a comfortable level, and focus their efforts on the specialties and populations they are most interested in all within a warm and inviting office, with a friendly and supportive team atmosphere, and highly engaged ownership who seek to remove any / all obstacles that make the therapists' job challenging.

Desired Experience and Qualifications :

• Be a licensed mental health therapist with a valid state of Utah license OR experienced pre-licensed therapist pursuing
• At least 1-2 years of prior clinical experience as a practicing therapist or behavioral health technician
• Prefer candidates have formal training in one or more of the following : Trauma modalities training / certification, IFS, DBT, ERP, ADHD, Autism, play therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, psychosis, addiction
• Have a general knowledge of insurance billing, clinical documentation, and available community resources.

Responsibilities Include :

• Part-time therapists must maintain a minimum weekly caseload of 12-15 clients
• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings (In-person or remote)
