5+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale, full-service restaurantProven success managing $10M+ in annual sales volumeStrong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain a winning culturePassion for great food, impeccable service, and guest satisfactionEnergetic, positive, and solutions-driven with an ownership mentalityOversee all front-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and hospitalityDrive guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellenceCoach, develop, and inspire staff to deliver top-tier serviceManage budgets, labor, and cost controls to achieve financial targetsLead by example, setting high standards for professionalism and teamworkRestaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills :
