Position Summary
Snowsports School Booking Agent is responsible for receiving and directing customers, collecting the appropriate documentation, and managing the flow of Snowsports school.
This position assists and schedules customers in purchasing Snowsports school lessons and programs. This position works closely with the Snowsports School Director and management to ensure excellent customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Answering and assisting with all incoming telephone calls.
- Accurately entering, processing, and storing customer identification and other documentation to maintain organized records of customer interactions, verifying proper paperwork and documentation
- Receives payment from customers for Snowsports school lessons / programs
- Schedules customers and instructors for Snowsports school lessons / programs
- Performs daily sales input on computerized point of sales program.
- Keeps operating records, prepares daily record of sales receipts for Accounting Clerk.
- Perform related clerical work such as typing and filing.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Must be 16 years of age or older and have an approved work permit if under 18 years of age, 18+ preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check. If under the age of 18, two reference letters are required in place of the background check
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, holiday, and evening hours.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- At least two years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Must be comfortable and confident using computers
