This full-time position provides direct litigation and executive assistance supporting attorneys, including a shareholder, on our litigation team.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of working experience as a litigation secretary or legal assistant.
The Good Stuff :

Summary :
This position offers a broad range of responsibilities requiring litigation and administrative skills. Responsibilities will include calendaring, court filings, creating and editing pleadings, and litigation client electronic file maintenance .
You also will assist in maintaining all aspects of the attorneys’ practices through effective communications, prioritization, calendaring, phone coverage, records management, time entry, and coordinating meetings and travel .
Strong organizational skills, high client service focus, proficient technical skills (including WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint), and the ability to multitask are essential.
The ability to be a flexible team player and work with colleagues and attorneys is a must. This position also requires regular and professional interaction with clients, including General Counsel, HR members, CEOs, and their assistants.
Working well under pressure, a professional demeanor, good judgment, self-starting, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as well as reliability, punctuality, and regular and reliable attendance.
This position requires two days per week of in-office work, with remote work available for up to three days after the initial training period.
The initial training period will require 3 to 4 days in the office per week for up to three weeks.
