Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate homecare leads, attract new clients, and onboard new participants.
Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs.
Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing / rehab facilities, hospices, physicians offices, etc.
The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
This individual must be able to develop and maintain both business and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with potential homecare customers!
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets.
- Create and implement an effective sale strategy.
- Document all leads, referrals, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
- Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Preferred
- High school diploma / GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales with homecare agency's
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
- Previous experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter, or Intake specialist
- Previous knowledge of Home Care Services, intake experience
