P/T OB Hospitalist - downtown Chicago - Competitive Pay

Overview*The Women’s Group of Northwestern (WGON) is seeking a Part-Time OBGYN Hospitalist in Chicago, IL just off Michigan Avenue.

The WGON OB / GYN Hospitalist is a critical part of our group practice model and oversees WGON obstetric and gynecologic patients at the hospital.

This role involves patient management of WGON patients in Prentice Women’s Hospital Northwestern L / D unit, deliveries, care of antepartum and postpartum patients, providing coverage for gyn inpatients as well as emergency surgical care for gyn patients presenting through the ED.

The OBGYN hospitalist will be on duty for two 12-hour weeknight shifts per month and two 24-hour Saturday or Sunday shifts per month, and will work as a team to provide continuous hospital coverage.

The successful candidate should be Board Certified and preferably have 3-5 years of experience in a busy Obstetric and Gynecologic practice.

Candidate will be paid a competitive hourly rate and receive paid parking and a monthly cell stipend.
