- Direct accountability to Enterprise Technology Talent Enablement and Strategy (TES) team for active participation in TES routines and execution of deliverables.
- Application of enterprise-wide and TES directives for application to business unit.
- Responsible for management and execution of ET Talent Management framework workforce initiatives.
- Provide feedback on business needs to TES and Human Capital Enablement Partners to inform Human Resource and ET Talent Management Program processes.
- Lead projects or programs for strategic talent, workforce, and teammate engagement related business initiatives with high risks and resource impacts.
- Routinely works directly with technology leaders, their teams, and functional partners on strategic talent initiatives and to identify strategic talent business solutions.
- Impact a range of client, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
- Provide a new perspective on existing solutions to solve complex problems.
- Explain and interpret complex, difficult, or sensitive information.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree and 7 to 10n years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and / or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.
g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, human resources, etc.).
- Understands foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines.
- Experience managing small projects.
- Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders.
Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.
