Who You Are
Regulatory Compliance Analyst - Senior,
What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Manager SCM Compliance, you will be part of a team that supports critical Government and non-government programs, ensuring the integrity of the acquisition process including compliance with company policies and procedures and compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and supplements thereto.
- Interpret statutory, regulatory, prime contract, policy, and procedural requirements
- Establish, implement, and maintain Supply Chain policies and procedures to ensure that these are in compliance with appropriate statutes, regulations, and Corporate requirements
- Support Commercial Item Determination reviews and interface with Supply Chain Lines of Business, Legal Department, Prime Contracts, and DCMA Commercial Item Group
- Investigate and resolve acquisition compliance problems, questions or complaints received from internal and external customers and Supply Chain stakeholders
- Identify and collaborate on Supply Chain process improvements supporting increased efficiency, cost reduction, and risk mitigation
- Support internal and external audit activity as needed

Desired skills
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and DFAR regulations
- Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP)
- Experience working with all levels of Leadership
- Internal and / or external Audit experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers and leadership.
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Presentation and Public Speaking experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet customer needs
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly.
- Experience with digital tools, documentation, analyses
