Responsibilities Include :
- Success in this role comes from marrying a strong data background with healthcare acumen. In this role, you will meet with enterprise stakeholders, understand business requirements, and communicate technical concepts.
- Provide analytical support for day-to-day product-related operational questions to internal as well as external clients.
This can include delivering data extracts, evaluating the quality of data, and providing insights into challenging healthcare questions.
- Partner closely with product teams to deepen our understanding of the products, identify impactful opportunities, and measure success outcomes to drive customer engagement, adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Create analytical datasets from distributed structured and semi-structured healthcare data.
- This requires strong data manipulation and transformation skills (SQL), understanding of data architecture and modeling, and a strong healthcare sense.
- Present and communicate packaged analytical results to key product management and engineering stakeholders.
- Independently craft and complete quantitative analyses, including pattern recognition, similarity analysis, metric creation, A / B testing, and significance measures.
Job Requirements :
- BA / BS in Computer Science, Math / Finance, Statistics, Research, User Experience, or similar technical field.
- 4-6 years related work experience.
Preferred Requirements :
- 2+ years’ experience doing quantitative analysis.
- 2+ years of SQL experience.
- 1+ years’ experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik or PowerBI.
- 1+ years’ experience with reporting systems and data pipeline architecture.
- 2+ years’ experience using data analytics programming tools (Python preference; R).
- 1+ years’ experience working with real-world, Healthcare data and applications.
- Highly analytical & creative problem-solving experience with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate concepts, ideas & issues to non-analytical audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and partners.
- Ability to rapidly learn new concepts (technical, business) is a critical success factor in this role.
- Team-oriented, must be self-motivated, plan and manage time effectively.
- Ability to Identify and solve underlying operational challenges and opportunities rather than simply executing prescribed processes.
